Your account and workspace

Create a Quote Rescue account with your name, email address, and password to use a private saved workspace. Passwords are stored as one-way salted hashes, and the browser receives a secure sign-in cookie. We use an internal account identifier to keep each account’s estimates separate. When you choose Save workspace, your business signature, estimate records, notes, outcomes, and drafts are stored in the site’s hosted database. Unsaved changes remain only in your current tab.

The public sample on the homepage uses fictional records and keeps changes only in that tab. It does not automatically move records into your signed-in workspace. Online workspaces support up to 5,000 estimates within a 1 MB save limit. There is no shared team access, CRM sync, or automatic message sending.

To delete saved estimates, open your workspace, choose Clear workspace, and then Save workspace. This replaces the active saved worklist with an empty one. Contact us for account-related deletion requests; hosting providers may retain operational backups or logs under their own retention schedules.

Your exported CSV contains the information you entered. Store and share it appropriately. Sample records are fictional and clearly labeled.

Business inquiries

The website contact form stores the name, business email, company, trade, rough unresolved-estimate count, current process, proposed meeting times, optional note, and submission time in the site database so Curtis can review and reply. Do not include customer or homeowner information. If you email quoterescue.team@gmail.com instead, Curtis receives your message in the business Gmail inbox. An inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. You may ask us to stop following up by replying.

Service information

Before a pilot begins, we agree which records are necessary, who can provide them, the handoff method, who will review drafts, and what happens to the working copies after handover. Do not send customer records for the initial conversation. Provide only information you are authorized to share.

Payment information

Issued invoices are reviewed and paid on Stripe’s hosted portal. Payment details are entered there. Quote Rescue does not collect card numbers in the workspace. The payment provider may supply the business with payment status, contact details, and transaction records needed to administer the service. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Use only the payment instructions supplied for your agreed pilot. Please do not send card or bank details by email.

Website operations

The site’s hosting and security services, including Sites and its database infrastructure, process technical request information needed to serve and protect the website. Sign-in uses authentication cookies. Authorized Quote Rescue administration can access service infrastructure to maintain the site and respond to support requests. We have not added advertising pixels or a marketing analytics tracker to this version. Links to other websites open services with their own policies.

Questions and requests

Email Curtis at quoterescue.team@gmail.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or discuss deletion. Business and transaction records may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping obligations. We will explain what can be changed or removed for your request.
