The service and your contact

Quote Rescue is led by Curtis Parker. Contact quoterescue.team@gmail.com about scope, scheduling, support, or cancellation. The service is coordinated remotely with U.S. roofing businesses.

Scope and price

The pilot project fee is $2,000 USD for 14 days and up to 50 valid unresolved estimates. It includes an estimate review and prioritized worklist, editable follow-up drafts, two progress check-ins, and a final report and CSV handover. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Before payment, we agree the exact deliverables, reviewer, start date, required records, payment timing, and allocation of the fee across the work in a written scope. Any applicable tax is itemized before payment. Extra work requires a separate written quote and your approval.

When work begins

Your 14-day period starts on the agreed date after the required records are ready. Payment alone does not create an unconfirmed start date. If records, availability, or the scope change, we agree a revised schedule before continuing.

Your responsibilities

Provide records you are authorized to use, identify duplicate or closed estimates, and disclose customer contact preferences and requests to stop. Your designated reviewer verifies every draft, price, scope detail, and scheduling statement. Your business sends messages through its approved process and remains responsible for its roofing work and customer communications.

Please do not send homeowner records for an introductory conversation. We agree the necessary information and handoff method before service begins.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel, email Curtis with your business name and pilot details. Cancellation before work begins receives a full refund of any pilot payment. If you cancel after work begins, we retain only the amount for completed portions of the work as allocated in your written scope and refund the undelivered portions.

If Quote Rescue cannot deliver an agreed portion, you receive a refund for that undelivered portion. We provide a written explanation of completed work and the refund amount. We initiate eligible refunds within five business days of receiving your cancellation request. Payment-provider and bank processing times determine when an issued refund appears in your account.

What the service does not promise

The pilot does not guarantee sales, revenue, appointments, or homeowner responses. Paid ads, purchased leads, automatic sending, CRM integrations, technical roofing advice, insurance representations, and debt collection are excluded unless a later separate agreement explicitly changes the scope.

Quoted value, accepted work, and recorded payments are separate measures. A recorded sale is not proof that this service caused it.

Payment and privacy

Online checkout is offered only when payment arrangements are ready. Review the amount and merchant name before paying. Do not email card numbers or bank credentials. Read our privacy notice for how the website, inquiries, and service records are handled.
