SERVICE / FOR INDEPENDENT U.S. ROOFERS

Give your open estimates a proper review.

A focused service for the quotes your team has already prepared. We organize the work and draft the next message. Your team reviews and sends it.

A defined pilot. A practical handover.

14 days · up to 50 estimates · $2,000

This is a one-time project fee. We agree the scope, start date, delivery responsibilities, payment timing, revisions, cancellation, and treatment of undelivered work before a paid start. Availability is confirmed individually.

  1. Review and prioritize

Review valid unresolved estimates, check the last contact and recorded response, and prepare an explained worklist. Remove duplicates, closed jobs, and records that should not be contacted.

  2. Prepare the follow-up

Receive editable drafts and two check-ins to review responses and next steps. Your designated reviewer checks scope, pricing, availability, customer preferences, and every message before sending it through your approved process.

  3. Record and hand over

Receive a response log, remaining actions, and a final report and CSV handover. Quoted value, accepted work, and payments recorded are shown separately.

When this might be useful

You have a set of unresolved residential roofing estimates, capacity for additional work, and an owner or team member who can review the follow-up. Your current process leaves a specific task unfinished that this service can help complete.

If your CRM and team already handle this reliably, another service may add little value. A small or outdated quote list may also be a poor fit for this fee. The introduction is where we check that.

Common questions

Will Quote Rescue contact homeowners?

No. Your team approves and sends each message. The proposed service covers review, drafting, check-ins, and reporting. It excludes automatic sending, paid ads, purchased leads, and CRM integrations.

Does this guarantee booked jobs?

No. This is an early pilot offer with no customer case studies yet. Customer decisions, accepted quotes, and payments are different outcomes. A recorded sale alone does not prove the follow-up caused it.

Is this roofing or insurance advice?

No. Your business remains responsible for technical advice, estimates, pricing, scheduling, and any insurance representations. We organize follow-up information supplied by your team.

Where is the service available?

We welcome introductory conversations with independent roofing contractors across the United States. Work is coordinated remotely, with scope and availability agreed individually.
